Casa Mar is a two-storey, 120 m² house with a private pool (7 x 3 m) and garden, one row back from the beach on the North Coast of Vinaròs. The beach is 50 m away, with access right in front of the house. Sleeps 6.
Ground floor. Bright living-dining room with a table for 6, two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. Separate, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) and a toilet with washing machine.
First floor. En-suite master bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm bed, two built-in wardrobes and a private terrace with sea views. Two further bedrooms with two 90 x 190 cm beds each and a full bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all three bedrooms.
Outside. 430 m² plot with automatic gate, well-kept garden, private pool, covered terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. Closed garage.
